The Kids Coach Autism Community Hub is a company limited by guarantee pending charity status approval. It is based in Walkinstown, Dublin and it is a safe, inclusive space supporting autistic children, teens, and young adults. Built from years of hands-on experience with families, we provide meaningful services that promote confidence, connection, and lifelong development.

ABOUT OUR HUB

An Autism Community Built on Understanding, Inclusion and Growth

Based in Walkinstown, Dublin, The Kids Coach Autism Community Hub is a multi-service centre providing a lifelong pathway of support for autistic individuals from early childhood through young adulthood. Our services include therapy spaces, structured programmes, movement sessions, social groups and family supports — all delivered in an environment built on understanding, dignity and inclusion!

Membership at The Kids Coach Autism Community Hub

 Our membership model is designed to create a safe, welcoming space where autistic individuals of all ages can socialise, relax and access sensory-friendly environments alongside their families and support networks.

Family Membership – €50 per month

Our Family Membership is designed for autistic children and teenagers and costs €50 per month. Membership includes:
• One social club session per week (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–4:30pm)
• Access to the sensory room when available
• Use of the parent lounge
• Access to shared play spaces such as the hall when not in use for scheduled activities.

Social club sessions provide a relaxed environment where children can socialise, enjoy free play and use sensory equipment while parents remain on site.

Adult Membership

Adult Membership is for autistic adults who would like to be part of the hub community. Adult members can access the hub during designated opening hours, use the sensory room when available and spend time in shared community spaces. They will also have opportunities to attend adult social events and activities organised through the hub.

Groups, Services & Organisations

We work with local services and organisations who support autistic adults or individuals with additional support needs. These groups can book sensory room sessions or use the hub’s facilities during daytime hours when available. This allows services to offer sensory-friendly experiences and community-based activities in a safe, welcoming environment.

The Kids Coach Autism Community Hub CLG is a Company Limited by Guarantee registered in Ireland and currently pending charity registration with the Charities Regulator.

 

We are committed to strong governance, transparency, and responsible stewardship of all funds and services.

 

The organisation is overseen by a voluntary Board of Directors responsible for governance, compliance, financial oversight, and strategic direction.

 

We operate with clear separation from The Kids Coach Services Ltd and maintain transparent structures between both entities.

LEGAL STRUCTURE

 

The Kids Coach Autism Community Hub CLG is:

 

• A Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG)

• Registered in Ireland

• Charity status currently pending

 

As a CLG, the organisation does not have shareholders. Instead, it is governed by members and a Board of Directors who act in the best interests of the organisation’s mission.

 

Charity registration will be formally displayed once approval is received.

SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT

 

The Kids Coach Autism Community Hub CLG is fully committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable individuals.

 

We operate in line with:

• Tusla safeguarding guidance

• Best practice child protection standards
